Just a reminder that today October 1st there will be reduced capacity in the support team whilst a company wide meeting takes place.

P1 and P2 tickets will still be looked to as normal and p3 tickets will be responded to promptly tomorrow October 2nd.

Just a friendly heads-up that this Thursday, October 1st 2026 we will be hosting a company-wide in-person meeting. Please note that from 10:00am the service desk will only be available during this time for urgent P1 or P2 issues. For any P3 tickets, rest assured they will be addressed promptly on Friday, October 2nd 2026.
