The team have confirmed that they have put a fix in place for the slowdown. This has now been resolved and the team will continue to monitor this.

Please note that some users may not be able to access the Manage platform at this time due to the slowdowns. The team are currently looking further into this

We are currently experiencing capacity issues with our Zen Database. Only some users may be facing issues as a result, including slowdowns.

Our development team is investigating this as a top priority and is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
