The slowdowns are now resolved and service is now returned to normal

Service looks to be restored now, and the database is running as expected.

The team have identified the problem and is working behind the scenes to resolve this.

We are currently experiencing capacity issues with our Zen Database. Only some users may be facing issues as a result, including slowdowns.
