The platform update originally planned for today has been rescheduled and will now be deployed tomorrow.

No action is required from customers. As previously communicated, the update includes important framework and technology upgrades that improve the long-term stability and maintainability of the platform. You may notice some minor visual differences, such as slight changes to spacing or page widths, but there are no planned changes to functionality or user journeys.

We’ll provide a further update once the deployment has been completed.

As part of our quality assurance process, this update has been tested extensively across all supported brands. Due to the individual branding and styling applied to each environment, there is a small possibility that isolated visual inconsistencies may still be identified after deployment.
