Normal service has now been restored. Our third-party email provider has resolved the issue related to the earlier AWS outage, and email delivery has returned to normal.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) emails and other platform emails should now be received as expected.
We’ll continue to monitor performance closely, but no further disruption is anticipated.

We’re still awaiting a resolution to the ongoing AWS issue, which continues to impact our third-party email provider. Amazon engineers are actively working to mitigate the problem and identify the root cause.
As AWS has confirmed, several of its services are currently experiencing “increased error rates and latencies.” This is affecting our ability to send certain emails from the platform, including two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely and will share further updates as soon as they’re available. In the meantime, if you have access to 2FA codes via a mobile app, that method remains fully functional.

We’ve identified the root cause of the issue with emails not being received from the platform.
The issue is due to an outage with one of our third-party email providers, which handles our email traffic. While this is outside our direct control, it is unfortunately affecting our ability to send emails, including two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
