Tomorrow morning, we will conduct further maintenance outside of regular hours to fully restore the database’s capacity. During this time, holding pages will be implemented. We will diligently monitor the situation to prevent any additional issues from occurring.

This will end and holding pages will be taken down on or before:

08:30 on the 13th November 2024

Our team has successfully reinstated services and removed the holding pages. Please note that we’re currently operating at a reduced capacity. You might experience some temporary slowness, which is completely normal as the system gears up. Rest assured, our team is diligently working behind the scenes to fully restore performance. Additional maintenance will be conducted out of hours to bring everything back to full capacity. In the meantime, you can now access your sites.

Some services were not working as anticipated in the team’s final round of testing. This is still being looked at whilst the team continue their final checks on the platform.

Our engineers are almost at completion of restoring service. They are currently running through some performance testing to ensure all looks to be working as anticipated before full service is resumed.

The engineers who are onsite at our datacentre has found the cause of the problem and are currently working on a fix to restore service. When this has been restored you may experience some slowness to start until the team restore all services fully but we will continue to keep you posted.

We have a engineer on route to our 3rd party data centre. An update looks to have taken place at 5am this morning which looks to be the reasoning behind this. We will continue to update you as soon as we know more.
